Mom, Doula, Lactation Consultant, Podcaster + Founder of Wilder Beginnings.

I worked with an incredible doula during my pregnancies and I credit my peaceful and empowered births to her support and guidance. As a lifelong nurturer and supporter of women, I decided I wanted to be the one offering support, guidance, advice, knowledge, love and healing to others! I went all in, taking every course and training I could find and immersing myself in pregnancy/birth/postpartum education. As a full spectrum doula, I’ve been able to show up for moms during the most raw, real, and transformative moments of their lives.

I bring that same passion to help, inspire, and connect to women to Wilder Beginnings, an online community where I tell the unfiltered truth about postpartum and being a mom: the messy, hilarious, heartbreaking & beautiful parts, so parents are empowered to survive (and maybe even laugh through) the hardest parts of new parenthood.

I know what it’s like because I’ve been there, googling “is this normal??” at 3 am.
